Shipping Policy

Processing time, Lead time, and shipping time are different.

 

Products with a lead time will ship as soon as they are ready. You will be notified prior to shipment.

Processing time is the time between receiving your order and the time to ship your order. On in-stock items, the processing time can be up to 3 business days to pull, pack, and ship your order.   Large orders or times of increased business may extend the processing time.

 Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, but most orders are received 2-5 days after shipping.

The majority of orders ship the next business day and arrive within 2 days for customers on the East Coast and 5 days on the West Coast.

Temperature Matters

If the temperature for the locations involved is out of range for the entire period of transit, we may hold the order until a suitable window opens up, or we may contact you to see if you want to use an insulated shipping container, which incurs additional costs.
