Quality Guarantee

We grow and harvest every mushroom ourselves. We pack every box ourselves. We take that seriously.
What we guarantee: every box is packed with fresh, food-safe mushrooms and shipped with adequate cold protection for the transit time. If your mushrooms arrive warm, show signs of spoilage, or are otherwise inedible, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
What we don't guarantee: cosmetic perfection. Mushrooms are a natural product. Caps break in transit. Clusters separate. Edges bruise. None of this affects flavor, nutrition, or safety — it's just what fresh produce looks like when it travels. If you've cooked with farmers market mushrooms before, you know the difference between a bruised cap and a bad mushroom.
We stand behind the quality of what we grow. We ask that you judge that quality by how it tastes, not how it photographs.
