Return /Refund Policy

Return Window We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items (Fresh Mushrooms)
Due to food safety standards and the highly perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Fresh Mushrooms. All sales on fresh produce are final.
 

Eligible Returns (Seasonings & Fruiting Blocks)
We accept returns on Shelf-Stable Seasonings and Mushroom Fruiting Blocks under the following conditions:

  • Seasonings: Must be strictly unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Fruiting Blocks: Must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for general returns or buyer's remorse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return: To start a return for an eligible item, please contact us at returns@vaspores.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand by the quality of our products. If your order—including Fresh Oyster Mushrooms—arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vaspores.com

  • Please include a clear photograph of the damaged or defective item and the packaging. * If the damage or defect is verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to ship the damaged item back to us.
