Grilled Oyster Mushrooms with Parsley and Lemon

- 1 pound chanterelle oyster mushrooms, halved
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges
Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Toss oyster mushrooms with garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill oyster mushrooms in a basket until tender and lightly charred, about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a platter, top with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
