Weeknight Butter Noodles with Umami Lover

- 1 lb pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or short pasta)
- 6 tbsp butter, cubed
- 2 tbsp Umami Lover Buttery Roasted Onion Umami Seasoning
- Black pepper
- Grated Parmesan, if you want it (optional)
- Cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- Return pasta to the warm pot. Add butter, Umami Lover, and a splash of pasta water. Toss until the butter melts and the seasoning blooms into a glossy sauce that coats every strand.
- A lot of black pepper. Parmesan if you're feeling it.
